1. Open the document.
2. Click on the data.
3. Click Data Validity.
4. Click on the small triangle below to allow and select the sequence.
5. The contents of the source input drop-down list are separated by commas.
6. Click OK.
In Excel, you can provide a more efficient worksheet through the drop-down list in the cell, which can realize not only the first-level drop-down list, but also the second-level linkage drop-down list.
Let me introduce the basic first-level drop-down list first. Excel often needs to establish the drop-down list as shown below, and this section will introduce the implementation method.
(1) Create a drop-down content list;
(2) Click the cell in the worksheet to display the drop-down list, and click Data >; Data validation, on the Settings tab, in the Allow box, select Sequence. Click once in the source box, and then circle the drop-down content area entered in step 1; After selecting an area, you can move the drop-down content area without affecting the data already filled in the source box;
(3) If you want information to pop up when you click a cell, click the "Enter Information" tab and fill in the information input box (up to 225 characters can be entered). The title can be ignored, and it is invalid to enter only the title information, and clicking the cell will not pop up the information;
(4) To customize the error warning, please select "Error Warning" and then enter the title and information;
(5) After setting, drag the crosshairs to apply the drop-down list to other cells.
