1 If the trademark registration certificate is in the stage of accepting the change of registration information, it will not be accepted until the Trademark Office approves the issuance of the change certificate.

If the trademark registration certificate is in the stage of transfer acceptance, the transferee and the registered company will accept it for the same company, and other circumstances will not be accepted until the Trademark Office approves the renewal of the change certificate.

Where the Notice of Acceptance of Trademark Transfer is provided, the effective start date is the date when the Notice of Acceptance of Trademark Transfer issued by the Trademark Office is filled in, and the effective end date is filled in for 3 months.

If the Trademark Office declares it invalid within the validity period, it will not be accepted.

5. When a trademark target is submitted for a special category, the starting date of the validity period is the filling date of the Notice of Acceptance of Trademark Application issued by the Trademark Office, and the starting date of the ending date of the validity period plus 12 months.

If rejected by the Trademark Office:

(1) The notice of rejection by the Trademark Office involves infringement and will not be accepted.

(2) After verification, the Trademark Office rejected the notice of reexamination and decided that the application was invalid and inadmissible.
