Fish and sheep buns are a famous dish of the Han people in the old town of Yuci, Shanxi. The meat-filled food is made from a mixture of fresh fish, fresh mutton, traditional soup and a variety of seasonings. It was officially launched on September 29, 2003 at the tourist attraction in Yuci Old Town.
