1. process for users who do not hold electronic business licenses to apply for soft certificates
in order to ensure the data security of trademark online application and protect the interests of trademark applicants, it is stipulated that soft certificates can only be applied and used on the same computer.
Please confirm whether you want to use this computer to submit the trademark business application. If not, please change it to the computer you want to use. If so, do the following:
(1) Install the soft certificate driver
Go to the homepage of Trademark Online Service System, download and install the industrial and commercial soft certificate client driver control.
(II) Fill in the application form of trademark digital certificate online
1. Click "Register Now" on the homepage of "Trademark Online Service System" and carefully read "Application Matters of Trademark Digital Certificate-Application Process for Trademark Applicants without Electronic Business License".
2. click "apply", fill in the information truthfully according to the prompts on the page, and submit the application after checking that it is correct.
3. after the application is submitted, the system will automatically generate an activation code randomly, and the certificate applicant must remember and never disclose the activation code. When you log in to this system for the first time and submit an application for trademark business, you must use this activation code to activate the trademark digital certificate.
(3) downloading the trademark digital certificate from the mailbox
After applying for user registration, the trademark applicant logs into the email address filled in at the time of registration to see if he has received the notice of successful user registration/disapproval sent by the Trademark Office. After receiving the notification of successful registration, you can download the trademark digital certificate according to the unique address notified in the notification.
note: once downloaded, the address will be invalid. please ensure that it is operated on the computer used when submitting the user registration application.
(III) Login system
To log in to the trademark online service system for the first time, you need to modify the initial PIN code (the initial PIN code is 12345678) and use the modified password to log in to the system. The first time you log in to the system, you need to activate the digital certificate with the activation code. After activation, you can submit an application for trademark business.
(4) Replace the computer
If you need to replace the computer, you can first use the computer with the soft certificate installed, enter the homepage of the trademark online service system, click "Soft Certificate Backup", and follow the prompts to back up the soft certificate to the removable storage device (such as USB flash drive, removable hard disk, etc.). After the backup is completed, insert the removable storage device into the computer to be replaced, enter the homepage of the trademark online service system, click "Soft Certificate Recovery", and install the soft certificate on this computer as prompted.
