The second is that the trademark name lacks distinctiveness. For example, the applicant uses some relatively broad general words to register the trademark: travel, mobile phones, toothpaste, etc. The examiner will determine that these names lack distinctiveness because Consumers cannot identify the brand through the name

The third type is that the trademark is the same as or very similar to a previously registered trademark. If someone else has submitted your trademark name for registration, you You can no longer register the same name, and very similar names will most likely be rejected!
