Official website shows that by August 3, 2023, the People's Government of Lantian County in Xi 'an had completed the Four Seasons Flower Valley Project with a planned total investment of 250 million yuan. The project covers an area of 5,000 mu, located in the east of Binhe West Road, west of Bailuyuan Slope, south of Nanhe Bridge and north of Lantian Bridge on Bashang. It is planned to create a riverside flower sea landscape with sloping land and virgin forest land.
