The name of the business license shall not be duplicate, and shall not be the same as or similar to the name of the registered enterprise in the same industry within the jurisdiction of the registration authority.

The law stipulates that enterprises are only allowed to use one name. Therefore, if there is more than one Longjiang pig's foot rice in an area, it is the same name and will not be dealt with.

Article 7 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be issued by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company.
