Why is the exclusive right to use a trademark different from the date of trademark registration announcement? What is the relationship between them?

The date of exclusive rights for trademark registration is calculated from the date of approval of registration; after the trademark registration application has undergone substantive examination, there will be a preliminary announcement date. Within 3 months from the preliminary announcement date, anyone can make an announcement. If an objection is filed against a trademark, if no objection is raised by the expiration of the announcement period, the trademark will be approved for registration, which is the date of the registration announcement, and the trademark will obtain the trademark rights. The trademark right is valid for ten years, and the trademark can be renewed twelve months before the expiration. If the trademark is not renewed, there will be an extension period of six months. After the extension period, the trademark will be invalid.
