Review of trademark registration process, review of application documents (whether the documents are complete, whether the filling is standardized and whether the signature/seal is missing), review of trademark pattern specifications, clarity and necessary explanations, and classification review (review of the goods/services reported).
6. The industrial and commercial department presents the notice
The staff of the Trademark Office will conduct substantive examination on it, mainly including a series of activities such as checking whether the application for trademark registration complies with the provisions of the Trademark Law, data retrieval, analysis and comparison, investigation and study, and deciding to give a preliminary examination or reject the application. After the substantive examination and approval of an individual's application for trademark registration, it will be announced in the trademark announcement.
