Recently, my country’s exported food has encountered incidents of failure in foreign safety inspections. Although it was finally determined to be counterfeit brand products, this also sounded the alarm for food safety. Domestic food safety issues have once again become a hot topic of concern. In the process of food from raw materials to production to becoming the final consumer's mouth, in addition to each production company's own control of food hygiene and safety, each country has also established a food safety testing and certification agency to act as an independent third party to provide food safety services. Safety check. A few days ago, reporters made a special trip to interview my country's first organization engaged in the certification business of China's Good Agricultural Practices - Beijing Zhongrui Yadeshi Food Safety Technical Services Co., Ltd.

Food safety certification for more than ten years

According to the person in charge of SSADC, since the establishment of the National Certification and Accreditation Administration, my country has basically established a food and agricultural product certification and accreditation system that is in line with international standards and adapted to my country's national conditions, and manages the entire process from farmland to table. Food and agricultural product certification has become an important means for China to ensure the quality and safety of food and agricultural products and to promote international trade of Chinese food and agricultural products. Including organic product certification, pollution-free product certification, HACCP certification, good agricultural practice certification, feed product certification, green food certification, green market certification, food quality certification, and good agricultural practice certification. Among them, Good Agricultural Practice certification is widely used in countries around the world.

Compared with CPCC IFA version 2.0 and CPCC F&V version 2.1, the requirements of version 3.0 have undergone major changes, making enterprise certification more difficult.

In order to help exporting fruit and vegetable companies understand the differences between EurepGAP version 3.0 and CPCC IFA version 2.0 and CPCC F&V version 2.1 in a timely manner, and at the same time help companies that want to pass EurepGAP certification within the year to establish EurepGAP specifications in accordance with the CPCC IFA version 2.0 standards, Beijing Zhongrui Taxi Food Safety Technical Services Co., Ltd. and relevant institutions organized the "EU Good Agricultural Practices and China Good Agricultural Practices Internal Inspector Training Course" in Zhangzhou.
