What do you think of graphic design?
Graphicdesign, also known as visual communication design, takes "vision" as a way of communication and expression, and creates and combines symbols, pictures and words in various ways, thus making a visual expression to convey ideas or information. Graphic designers can use their professional skills in typesetting, visual arts, layout and computer software to achieve the purpose of their creative plan. Graphic design can usually refer to the process of making (designing) and the final finished work.

Common uses of graphic design include logos (trademarks and brands), publications (magazines, newspapers and books), print advertisements, posters, billboards, graphic elements of websites, logos and product packaging. For example, product packaging may include trademarks or other works of art, arranged texts and pure design elements, such as images, shapes, sizes and colors with uniform styles. Combination is one of the most important features of graphic design, especially when the product uses pre-existing materials or multiple elements.

How to appreciate a graphic design work;

1. Look at the work from the color aspect: whether the cold and warm colors match the propaganda content ... you need to have certain aesthetic ability. In the picture, it is abrupt to dazzle with a little bright color, but it is not inappropriate, but because the background color is too monotonous. If you use a few gradient colors or some natural scenery pictures with roads as the background, you will definitely feel different. This is a design tactile problem in terms of color.

2. Look at the works from the layout content: In terms of design, everyone pursues the same goal, that is, beauty, so the layout is the same. There are words and pictures in the picture, and the theme is of course cars. The layout of the illustrations is a bit rigid. Disadvantages: the text content is a box. Suggestion: You can typeset the text into a sleek shape, such as a circle or an ellipse. Moreover, the direction of the person in the lower left corner is opposite to that of the car. Such typesetting also made a mistake of not highlighting the theme. Because people's fingers point to the car and the direction of the bicycle points to people, which obviously does not conform. I changed it casually to see if it would be better. The man pointed to the direction of the car, and then the car was still in the same direction.

3. Look at the works from the prominent aspects of the theme. These are related to color typesetting, but what is the emphasis here? What's the theme? When designing, you must know what theme you want to express (or what theme customers need to express). For example, the font and shop name of the signboard must conform to the style of the shop, and the size or height of the words should not be less than two-thirds of the height of the signboard. Otherwise, how can others see the most important thing (store name) on your signboard at a glance? Similarly, this principle applies to all designs ... whether designing corporate logo or brochures. All the same. The theme of words or pictures is equally important.

Basic elements of graphic design works:

A. Creativity is the first element of graphic design. Without good ideas, there will be no good works. In creativity, we should consider three conditions: audience, media and cultural background.

B, composition: composition is to solve the spatial relationship between graphics, colors and words, so as to be novel, reasonable and unified.

C. Color: Good graphic design works pay attention to harmony, contrast, balance, rhythm and rhythm in the use of screen colors.
