Is the vacuum compression bag a Class 16 trademark or a Class 17 trademark?

Our company produces vacuum compression bags, which are not clearly classified by the National Trademark Office. The function of the vacuum compression bag is to add a sealing strip and sealing ring to a PE PA bag, put quilts, clothing, etc. The function of vacuum is to store space, waterproof, dustproof, moisture-proof, mildew-proof, moth-proof and other functions. Class 16 trademarks are plastic bags and the category is just bags. But there is no sealing ring, sealing strip, compression, and it does not have the functions of waterproof, dustproof, moisture-proof, mildew-proof, and moth-proof. Just bags.

Category 17 includes plastic packaging materials, waterproof packaging, sealing rings, waterproof rings, seals, rubber or plastic filling materials, etc.

May I ask the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board whether the vacuum compression bag belongs to category 16, category 17 or other categories?
