Class 44 mainly includes medical, hygienic and cosmetic services provided by individuals or institutions to humans or animals; it also includes those related to the fields of agriculture, horticulture and forestry services.

This category includes in particular:

—Medical analysis related to the treatment of patients (such as X-rays and blood samples);

—Artificial insemination services ;

——Medical consultation;

——Animal breeding;

——Services related to plant growth such as gardening;

- Services related to botanical art such as garden design and floral composition.

This division does not include in particular:

—Pest control (other than for agricultural, horticultural and forestry purposes) (Class 37);

—Ambulance transportation (Class 39);

—Animal slaughtering and taxidermy (Class 40);
