Does the entrusted processing belong to the business scope?
Legal analysis: Yes. Entrust others to process, only need the permission of the entrusted party to process the product. If you are the trustee, you also need permission to process the products. If it is the entrusting party, it should also have the sales of the product in the business scope, and have legal qualifications such as authorization or trademark. According to the different processed products, the required licenses are also different. Taking food processing as an example, we illustrate that the product name, type, characteristics and other attributes of enterprises that implement current national standards, industry standards or local standards must strictly conform to the contents stipulated in the corresponding national standards, industry standards or local standards. Otherwise, it is deemed that the product has no national standards, industry standards or local standards.

Legal basis: Article 25 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) must formulate enterprise standards, which must be filed by the provincial health administrative department or issued with a written certificate to prove that the product can be applied to an existing national standard, industry standard or local standard.
