On July 5, 2021, a second-instance civil judgment on the unfair competition dispute between Hainan Garuda Aviation Beverage Co., Ltd. and Coconut Tree Group Co., Ltd. was made public. Beijing Green Fruit Spring Brand Investment Management Co., Ltd., Hainan Garuda Aviation Beverage Co., Ltd., and Guangdong New Chaoyang Food and Beverage Co., Ltd. were sentenced to stop improper behavior and compensate Coconut Tree Group 100,000 yuan.
