4. Party B shall bear the safety responsibility and all economic losses for failing to comply with site safety management and construction according to safety operation regulations.
5. Party B shall be responsible for identifying the identity of the employed construction personnel, and shall not employ child laborers, criminals or personnel unsuitable for external wall construction. Employed construction workers are not allowed to bring their families and children into the construction site. 5. The temporary electricity consumption of Party B's construction site shall be managed by Party A, and the electrical equipment, tools and lines shall be maintained and managed by full-time electricians;

When Party B enters the equipment or container containing corrosive, asphyxiating, flammable, explosive and toxic substances, he must wear appropriate personal labor protection articles and anti-virus appliances, and Party B shall arrange a guardian with rescue ability to do the guardianship work. Two. Party B's responsibilities
1. 2. 3. Party B must implement the national guidelines, policies, decrees and regulations on production safety; Abide by national and industrial management regulations and relevant construction management regulations for safe construction and civilized construction formulated by Party A, and abide by various rules and regulations on site.
4. Party B shall employ workers in accordance with the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and regulations, and the employment contract is strictly prohibited.

5. 8. Party B's construction personnel shall carefully inspect the construction area, working environment, operating facilities, equipment and tools. 9. 10. 12. Party B has the right to refuse Party A's illegal command. 13. Subcontracting of the project undertaken by Party B is strictly prohibited. If subcontracting is required for non-principal projects, it must be reported to the competent project department and security department of Party A for approval. Party B must manage and supervise its safety.
14. Party B shall be responsible for the safety technical measures taken in the work area, the status of the work team and the safety responsibilities during the construction period.
15. 5. In places prone to dust, construction workers must wear protective masks and take effective dust removal and dust reduction measures to ensure the health of construction workers.
(10) engineering quality requirements
The project quality shall conform to the current national construction acceptance specifications (including national or industrial safety technical standards) and the safety technical requirements and needs of Party A's project, and must reach the excellent grade of professional quality inspection and evaluation. Due to Party B's blind recklessness, pursuit of speed and non-compliance with operating rules, the project quality does not meet the design safety technical requirements and the quality is unqualified. Party A may require Party B to stop work or rework, and the cost of rework shall be borne by Party B, and all the material waste and economic losses caused thereby shall be compensated by Party B, and the construction period shall not be postponed.
This agreement has the same term as the construction contract signed by both parties. This agreement is made in duplicate, each party holds one copy, and this agreement is signed at the same time as the construction contract. After the expiration of the construction contract, this agreement shall be terminated at the same time.
