If you want to change the text or graphics of a registered trademark, you must resubmit a trademark registration application and it will be treated as a new trademark application and cannot be called a trademark change.
2. Precautions and importance of trademark changes:
(1) If the name or address of the trademark registrant is changed, the trademark registrant should change all registered trademarks at the same time .
(2) When going through the change procedures, a change application form should be filled in for each trademark (each registration number)
(3) The Trademark Office’s application for trademark change After review, a trademark change certificate will be issued and no additional trademark registration certificate will be issued. The original trademark registration certificate will be used together with the trademark change certificate.
(4) After the trademark change application is approved, the change certificate will only be issued to the representative. If anyone else needs it, they should apply for a reissue certificate.
(5) If someone else applies to stop using your company's trademark for three years and files a cancellation application for your trademark, all relevant trademark documents from the Trademark Office will be mailed to you at the address on the trademark registration certificate.
