1. Trademark agency letter signed or stamped by the applicant for trademark change

2. Signed or stamped by the applicant for trademark change Application form for trademark change with seal

3. Change of name: original change certificate issued by the industrial and commercial department, and copy of the subject qualification certification document confirmed by the applicant’s seal or signature after the change.

4. Change of address: copy of the changed subject qualification certificate.

The time required for trademark change to be completed is approximately 4-6 months. The entire process is divided into application, review, announcement, and issuance of change certificate.

Applications are charged according to category, and the change fee for one category is RMB 500. If handled by an agent, the agency fee will vary
