There are four kinds of camellias: Baihao Yinzhen, Bai Mudan, Gongmei, Shoumei and White Tea, which are mainly produced in Fuding, Zhenghe, Jianyang and Songxi in Fujian. Because of the unique environmental conditions, tree species and micro-fermentation technology, dry tea has the characteristics of white, gray and green.
The primary processing technology of tea in Taimushan is basically the same, mainly due to the different tea varieties and picking standards of raw materials (fresh leaves), which are divided into: Baihao Yinzhen, Bai Mudan, Gongmei, Shoumei, and white tea cakes that are easy to store in recent years.
