From now on, if any of the following circumstances is met, the client can directly come to our bureau to receive the Trademark Registration Certificate and other documents:

(1) The trademark agency organization entrusted by him has been cancelled for filing;

(2) although the trademark agency organization entrusted by the client has not been cancelled for the record, the client has provided evidence issued by the local industrial and commercial bureau that the trademark agency organization entrusted by the client has been cancelled or revoked;

(3) the trademark agency entrusted by the client can't be contacted, and the client verifies that his book has been returned by the post office through Trademark Announcement, China Trademark Network or other means.

2. The client shall submit the following materials when receiving the documents according to the provisions of the preceding paragraph:

(1) Statement on Receiving the Documents;

(2) identification documents of the client (if the client is a natural person, the original and photocopy of the ID card; If the client is a legal person or other organization, a copy of the subject qualification certificate stamped with the official seal of the unit, a letter of introduction from the unit and a copy of the ID card of the agent);

(3) In case of entrusting others to collect it, the original power of attorney signed by the entrusting party, the original ID card of the recipient and a copy thereof shall also be submitted.
