According to the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China", if a trademark registration applicant or trademark registrant files an application for correction in accordance with Article 38 of the Trademark Law, it shall submit it to the Trademark Office For correction application, the trademark applicant or right holder needs to apply for correction in person.

Trademark is a specialized legal term. After a brand or part of a brand is registered by the relevant government departments in accordance with the law, it is called a "trademark".
