You can apply online to open a store on Tmall, provided that you have corporate qualifications, brand authorization and a deposit.

1. Apply for a corporate Alipay account and pass merchant certification: Tmall requires that the Alipay account you provide is a brand new account and cannot be bound to any Taobao member ID.

2. Log in to the online application page:

(1) Log in to the online application page: Log in to the Tmall investment page and click "Join Tmall Now".

(2) Take the Tmall admission test online: Click "Set in Tmall now" and read the Tmall merchant instructions and take the Taobao exam.

3. Submit information:

(1) Submit information and sign online: After passing the Alipay verification test, enter the application company information online and sign Tmall’s terms of service, service agreement and Alipay Withholding Agreement.

(2) Upload brand logo: The uploaded brand logo must be consistent with the one registered with the Trademark Office.

4. Waiting for review:

(1) Mail your corporate qualifications and brand information to wait for review by Tmall’s waiter. (All the information provided are photocopies and must be stamped with the official seal of the merchant. Tmall will not return them. Please keep them for yourself. Please understand.) 2) Please log in to "My Taobao - I am a Seller - Tmall Service Area" with your Tmall account and complete the deposit within 15 days/ Freeze payment operation for annual technical service fees. If done after the due date, this application will be invalid.

5. Publish products and store online:

1) Please log in to "My Taobao-I am a Seller-Tmall Service Area" with your Tmall account and click "Publish Products" , according to the page prompts, release the specified number of products within 30 days. If done after the due date, this application will be invalid.

2) Click "Next, store online" and the store will officially enter Tmall Mall.
