2. Registration time:
It takes 15 to 20 working days for the materials to be submitted. The Trademark Office will issue an acceptance notice. The trademark can be used as a TM. It takes 1 time to obtain the trademark registration certificate. A year and a half to 2 years. During this period, a dedicated person will check and track the progress of the trademark every week, and the trademark status will be reported to the company every two months to ensure the normal progress of the trademark until the trademark registration is completed.

Trademarks are divided into three elements (text, graphics, and English): text trademark, graphic trademark, English trademark, and combined trademark.
Apply as a trademark, as shown in the figure: it is called a combination trademark. The advantage is that it can save registration fees for registered companies; disadvantages: First, combined registration will increase the risk of trademarks. If one of the three elements is similar to others, it will be rejected as a whole; second, combined trademarks can only be used as a whole when used. , you cannot take out the text or graphics English application alone.
Disadvantages of separate registration: three trademarks need to be registered, and registered companies need to pay for three trademarks; advantages: first, the risk of registration is relatively small, and the three elements do not affect each other; second, after registration It can be used in any combination or alone, which is more flexible
