Most opinions are relatively objective. "Robots" are "reliant on perseverance for promotion" and "low pay". They are very boring and have about 0 benefits. And it's not caused by your direct boss, it's the atmosphere of the entire company. The office environment is really not flattering. There are a lot of small cockroaches (and some larger ones) in the office, even inside the drinking water dispenser. Overtime is very serious in most departments, and overtime pay is impossible.
