3. If a law firm or trademark agency is entrusted by a party to inquire about the party’s own trademark files, the person in charge should submit the following materials:
1. Letter of authorization issued by the registrant , the power of attorney must state the reason for the inquiry and the content of the inquiry;
2. If the registrant is a legal person or other organization, a copy of the registrant’s identity document must be submitted with the official seal. If the registrant is a natural person, a copy of the registrant's valid identity certificate must be submitted. If the registrant is an individual industrial and commercial household, a copy of the individual industrial and commercial household's business license should also be submitted;
3. Letter of introduction from a law firm or trademark agency;

4. If a law firm or trademark agency is acting as an agent for litigation activities and needs to inquire about the trademark files involved, the person in charge should submit the following materials:
1. Litigation agency power of attorney or files A power of attorney for inquiry, which must state the reason for the inquiry and the content of the inquiry;
2. A letter of assistance in investigation issued by the court or the original and copy of the case complaint, the original and copy of the case acceptance notice, the first-instance judgment or The original and copy of the ruling, etc. The above materials must be able to prove that the case being represented has a real interest in the trademark being queried;
3. Letter of introduction from a law firm or trademark agency;
4. The original and copy of the valid identity certificate of the person in charge.
5. If a trademark registrant inquires about his own trademark file, the person in charge should submit the following materials:
1. A letter of introduction from the registrant. The letter of introduction must state the reason for the inquiry and Query content;
2. If the registrant is a legal person or other organization, a copy of the registrant’s identity document with an official seal must be submitted.
