Under any of the following circumstances, in addition to filling in the Application for Pre-approval of Name (Change) and the Letter of Authorization from Investors, relevant documents and certificates shall also be submitted:

① If the name of the natural person (the natural person should be the investor) is used as the font size, a copy of the natural person's ID card and the authorization (license) document that the natural person agrees to use his name shall be submitted. It should be noted that if the name of the investor used is the same as that of the party and state leaders or revolutionaries and celebrities of the older generation, it shall not be used as a font size.

(2) Where an application for using the same font size is made in the same industry, the owner of the font size shall issue an authorization (license) document and a copy of the license stamped with it.

The name of authorization (license) shall not deceive or cause misunderstanding to the public.

(3) where a trademark registrant uses or authorizes others to use the words in its registered trademark as the name and font size, it shall submit the authorization (license) document issued by the trademark owner, the trademark registration certificate (if the original cannot be submitted, a copy stamped with the trademark registrant's seal can be submitted) and the qualification certificate of the trademark owner (if the trademark owner is an economic organization, the qualification certificate shall be stamped with the official seal of the economic organization; If the trademark owner is a natural person, submit a copy of the natural person's ID card).

(4) If a foreign-invested enterprise uses the same font size (English letters) as a foreign (regional) investor in its name, it shall submit the qualification certificate of the foreign (regional) investor.

(5) Where an application is made to prefix the name of an enterprise group with the abbreviation of the enterprise group, the enterprise group registration certificate shall be submitted.

⑥ If the font size is transliterated in a foreign language, the font size is other meaning or expressed in an emerging industry, it shall be explained in the "Remarks" column of the application, and other relevant certification materials signed by all investors shall be submitted.
