Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Special Receipts for Trademark Registration Fees of Administration for Industry and Commerce.
Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of special receipts for industrial and commercial administration trademark registration fees, standardize the printing, application, distribution, use, storage and sales of special receipts, safeguard the national financial revenue and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of trademark agencies, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Provisions of the Ministry of Finance on the Administration of Administrative Fees and Government Fund Bills and the Reply on Uniform Printing of Special Receipts for Industrial and Commercial Administration Trademark Registration Fees.
Article 2 The term "special receipt" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the receipt voucher for trademark fees issued by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board and the trademark agency designated by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce to trademark applicants in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws, regulations and legally binding administrative rules. The special receipt is the legal voucher of trademark registration fee and the original voucher of bookkeeping, and it is an important basis for inspection and supervision by finance, taxation, auditing and other departments.
Article 3 Special receipts shall be uniformly printed by the Ministry of Finance and uniformly received, purchased, kept, distributed and filed by the Trademark Office. After the expiration of the retention period, the stub shall be destroyed by the Trademark Office with the approval of the Ministry of Finance.
