6. The certificates and vouchers submitted by the owner of the motor vehicle are invalid.

8. The certificates and vouchers submitted by the owner of the motor vehicle are inconsistent with the motor vehicle.

9. Motor vehicles are produced or sold without the permission of the national motor vehicle product department or imported without the permission of the national motor vehicle import department.

10. The relevant technical data of the motor vehicle are inconsistent with the data announced by the national motor vehicle product administration department.

11. Motor vehicles meet the mandatory scrapping standards stipulated by the state.

12. Motor vehicles are stolen.

13. If the motor vehicle is not transferred to the vehicle management office to apply for transfer within 90 days from the date of transfer out.

14. Other circumstances that do not comply with laws and administrative regulations.

2. Materials required:

(1) To handle transfer registration, provide proof and voucher of the transfer of motor vehicle ownership.

(2) Motor vehicle registration certificate.

(3) Motor vehicle files.

(4) Original and copy of the identity certificate of the owner of the motor vehicle.

(5) Provide statutory certificates and vouchers for motor vehicle owners who move their residence into this city.

(6) "Motor Vehicle Registration/Transfer Application Form" (the content of the form must be filled in with a pen or ink pen and no alteration is allowed).

(7) Hand over the motor vehicle for inspection.

3. Processing procedures:

(6) Go to windows 21-24 of Building 1 with the "To-Do List" and wait for the number selection.
