The printing machine has four parts from paper feeding to paper receiving, namely, flying head, paper feeding, grinding transfer and paper receiving device.

In order to make a piece of paper enter the drum for printing in the printing process, it is necessary to master the above four parts.

After reaching the paper receiving roller, it should be handed over synchronously with the paper receiving roller. Be careful not to let the paper break during the handover, which will directly affect the paper feeding direction and lead to irregular printing. In the whole paper feeding process, the four parts cannot have breaking force.

2. There are many rollers that press the paper tape on the paper feeding board, and the spacing between these rollers should be kept well, so as not to exceed the width of the conveyed paper, otherwise the paper breaking force mentioned above will appear. It is necessary to ensure the lubrication of the paper pressing roller and the paper feeding roller, otherwise the paper will appear wavy during transportation.

3 bite the hand, this is easy to understand, the connection is not good, the multi-color machine overprinter is not allowed, and the paper will be inconsistent from left to right, which leads to the difficulty of paper output.

4. Paper feeding device, which adjusts the paper blowing fan according to the different grams of paper, and sucks the air volume and speed of the paper feeding rod.
