The General Provisions of the Trademark Law clearly stipulate that the industrial and commercial administration department of the State Council shall establish a Trademark Review and Adjudication Committee. Responsible for handling trademark disputes. “Trademark disputes” here include various types of trademark review cases that the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board is responsible for: trademark rejection review, trademark opposition review, registered trademark cancellation review, and registered trademark dispute adjudication. Article 41 of the Trademark Law stipulates matters related to filing a review application with the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board if there is a dispute over a registered trademark. The "registered trademark dispute" here refers to the type of case in which a dispute ruling application is submitted to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for a registered trademark in accordance with the Trademark Law, and a request is made to cancel the registered trademark.
