Can one trademark be used to produce multiple products?

The scope of use of a registered trademark is limited to the goods approved for use by the registered trademark. Therefore, after a trademark is registered, in order to expand its use to other goods of the same category, it should be regarded as another trademark and has nothing to do with the original registered trademark. If you expand the scope of goods originally approved for use of a registered trademark without the approval of the Trademark Office, it may be identical or similar to the trademark registered or initially approved by others. Therefore, if a registered trademark is expanded to be used on other goods even if it belongs to the same category, a new registration application should be made and then submitted to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Legal basis:

Article 21 of the "Trademark Law": "If a registered trademark needs to be used on other goods of the same category, a separate application for registration shall be submitted."

Article 51 of the "Trademark Law": "The exclusive right to register a trademark is limited to the trademark approved for registration and the goods approved for use."?
