2. Receiving applications for registration of individual industrial and commercial households and submitting documents for industrial and commercial registration to relevant departments;
3. Prepare a copy of the operator's ID card (front and back) and the certificate of use of the business premises to apply for a business license at the relevant department.
Business license is a certificate issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce to industrial and commercial enterprises and individual operators to engage in certain production and business activities.
The procedures for opening a barber shop and applying for a business license are as follows:
1. Go to the local health administrative department to apply for a health permit with my ID card, employment certificate or technical grade certificate, employees, property right certificate or lease contract;
2, holding a health permit, ID card, housing property certificate or other valid documents to the local public security department for special trade license;
3. Go to the local administrative department for industry and commerce to apply for the hairdressing shop business license with valid certificates such as health license, special trade license and ID card;
4. With the original and duplicate business license, valid seal and other documents, register with the local tax authorities to receive tax invoices.
The registered items of the business license include name, address, person in charge, amount of funds, economic composition, business scope, mode of operation, number of employees, term of operation, etc. Business licenses are divided into originals and duplicates, which have the same legal effect. The original shall be placed in a prominent position in the company's domicile or business premises, and the business license shall not be forged, altered, leased, lent or transferred. Without a business license, industrial and commercial enterprises or individual operators are not allowed to start business, engrave official seals, sign contracts, register trademarks or advertise, and banks are not allowed to open accounts.

After obtaining a business license, individual industrial and commercial households shall go through tax registration according to law.
Where the contents of the tax registration of individual industrial and commercial households change, the tax registration shall be changed or cancelled according to law.
Article 20
Individual industrial and commercial households may, with their business licenses and tax registration certificates, open accounts in banks or other financial institutions according to law and apply for loans.
Financial institutions should improve and perfect financial services to facilitate individual industrial and commercial households to apply for loans.
