This technology is completely different from the previous passive anti-wear technology of thickening the surface of the water-cooled wall. Instead, it installs alloy grating plates in the horizontal and vertical directions on the heating surface of the furnace to form a grating anti-wear technology. The net is an active anti-wear technology that effectively solves the problem of water wall wear by guiding the internal circulation of materials in the furnace, optimizing the flow field on the surface of the water wall, eliminating local eddy currents, reducing the friction and cutting force of collision between logistics particles and the water wall.
