In order to further standardize the development of building thermal insulation materials market, in the spirit of science, from reality, taking into account the two major goals of energy saving and fire prevention, we believe that supervision should be implemented from the following three aspects.

3. Strengthen the evaluation of building energy efficiency.
It is suggested that the government should organize a third-party organization to establish an evaluation mechanism of building energy-saving effect, promote the use of high-efficiency thermal insulation materials, and reduce energy consumption in the process of building use.
As a new material product with environmental advantages and reliable performance, new polyurethane material is not only used in automobile, shipbuilding, high-speed railway, intercity rail and other manufacturing fields, but also can be seen in rubber, synthetic leather, fiber, paint and other parts.
