Nanjing Municipal People’s Government’s Notice on the Abolition of the “Nanjing Famous Trademark Recognition and Protection Measures” Decision

According to the national and provincial requirements for a special cleanup of local government regulations involving the famous trademark system, the local famous trademark system is inconsistent with the goals and requirements of comprehensively deepening the reform. For this reason, the municipal government decided, The "Nanjing Municipal Famous Trademark Recognition and Protection Measures" issued by Nanjing Municipal People's Government Order No. 182 on May 11, 2000 is abolished.

This decision will take effect from June 20, 2018.
