No matter which method is used, before applying, you must first conduct a trademark search. If the name complies with the provisions of the trademark law and there is no identical or similar trademark before, you can prepare application documents. Ordinary trademarks The application fee is RMB 600 per item and the agency fee varies. It is recommended to choose one with a moderate price.

Process: About 3 months after submitting the application, the Trademark Office will issue you an application acceptance notice. Then it enters the substantive review stage, which takes about 6-10 months. If the substantive examination is passed, the three-month announcement (objection period) will begin. After the announcement period expires and no objection is raised, the registration certificate can be obtained. It usually takes 13-18 months to apply for a trademark from submitting the application to obtaining the certificate.
