fill in the documents (the applicant's name, address, contact person, telephone number, etc. should be truthfully filled in according to the business license or natural person status, and the goods/services should be filled in according to the Table for Distinguishing Similar Goods and Services published by the Trademark Office), submit materials, pay fees, and report to the Trademark Office.

2. Materials to be submitted

Two copies of trademark registration application stamped with the official seal of the applicant or the signature (seal) of a natural person, and two copies of trademark agency power of attorney (printed by the firm and submitted to the Trademark Office).

3. Fees

The fee for each application for registration of a trademark is 1,8 yuan (including the fees and agency fees paid to the Trademark Office), and there are more than 1 items of goods or services in a limited category, and 15 yuan will be added for each item exceeding 1.

The inquiry fee for each type of word mark is 2 yuan (one working day).

3. Registration procedure and time

At present, after a trademark is submitted to the Trademark Office, it will receive an acceptance notice issued by the Trademark Office in about four months, and it will take about two years to be approved for registration after formal examination and substantive examination, preliminary examination and announcement, and then after a three-month objection period.
