The process of trademark registration is:

1. Application. The product category and product name using the trademark should be filled in according to the prescribed product classification table;

2. Acceptance;

3. Review. A preliminary review will be conducted within nine months from the date of receipt of the trademark registration application documents;

4. Preliminary review announcement. Generally, it takes three months;

4. Issue a trademark registration certificate and make it public.
