The registration office received official approval from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China and was allowed to operate the ".trademark" top-level domain in China. ".Trademark" is a distinctive mark on the Internet used to identify certain goods, services or specific individuals, companies or organizations related to them.
The new registration and service system of "Dian Trademark" adopts and embodies the concepts of trademark registration categories and designated places, with the purpose of promoting trademark rights holders to better register and use "Dian Trademark" in Reflecting, applying and protecting their trademark rights online allows consumers to remember and use the trademark owner's "spot trademarks" in a systematic and regular naming manner.
Starting from January 1, 2017, "Dian Trademark" will implement the four naming methods listed in the following table based on the category of trademark rights and designated location attributes.
