Can the certificate of approved trademark transfer be used in place of the trademark registration certificate?

The commercial transfer approval certificate and the trademark registration certificate have two different meanings. The trademark transfer approval certificate means that after the trademark transferee and the trademark transferor reach a trademark transfer agreement, the trademark transferee applies for registration to the State Trademark Office. For trademark transfer applications, if the transfer of a registered trademark is approved by the National Trademark Office, the Trademark Office will issue a trademark transfer approval certificate to the trademark transferee.

The approved trademark transfer certificate can only prove the transfer of the trademark and cannot be used in place of the trademark registration certificate
