When it is handed over to the production company for related production, only the corresponding content can be provided, and a full set of electronic documents cannot be provided. 4. All employees have the responsibility to learn, understand and publicize the VI standard, and have the obligation to actively promote and implement it in their daily work and show their professional quality and company image. 5. Enterprise VI is the strategic resource of the company, and VI management involves all departments. In the process of VI promotion, all departments should bear corresponding responsibilities, so that the company VI can be truly promoted and implemented. Three. Responsibilities of functional departments and branches (1) Responsibilities of the General Manager's Office 1. Responsible for regularly checking the implementation of company VI in various departments and branches, and putting forward rectification opinions within a time limit for departments and units that do not meet the requirements of VI specification. 2. Responsible for VI investigation, planning, design, maintenance, update and final approval of annual plan. 3. Be responsible for the interpretation of VI standards and the guidance and coordination of VI implementation. (2) Responsibilities of the Administration Department 1. Responsible for the VI audit of the company's newly rented venues and renovation projects to ensure the company's overall visual image. 2. Responsible for the design, review and management of the company's daily office supplies and internal and external image publicity materials. 3. Be responsible for the industrial and commercial registration and intellectual property protection of all corporate logos and product logos of the company, and implement them according to the requirements of company VI standard. (III) Responsibilities of Human Resources Department 1. Responsible for making VI annual promotion plan and implementing publicity and training. 2. Be responsible for formulating the assessment standards for the implementation of VI by all departments and branches. (4) Responsibilities of Marketing Department and Operation Center: 1. Be responsible for promoting and observing the company's VI standards in holding exhibitions, commercial operations and publicity activities. 2. Responsible for supervising the use of VI standard in business activities. 3. Be responsible for the design and production of product label series, and the label design shall be submitted to the general manager's office for approval and filing. (5) Responsibilities of branches: 1. Responsible for implementing the company's VI standard, and formulate the detailed rules for VI implementation of this unit according to the VI standard, and report it to the general manager's office for review and filing. 2. According to the business needs, the application elements can be modified, which will be reviewed and filed by the general manager's office. Four. Usage requirements 1. The daily affairs and internal activities of the company are carried out according to the company's VI standard. 2. Conduct business internally and engage in business activities such as procurement, communication and publicity externally, which shall be implemented according to the requirements of company VI standard. 3. When using VI, it must be used in accordance with the prescribed style, and it can be enlarged or reduced, but the proportion and color tone of the logo shall not be changed. 4. When printing, the background color of the attached medium shall not affect the standard tone of the sign, and shall not overlap with other colors and patterns. The range of 5.5. VI use shall not be expanded at will. If it is really necessary to use it, it must be reported to the administrative department of the company for review before it can be used. 6. After the company name and the ownership of the registered trademark change, the right to use VI will also change accordingly, and changes and adjustments should be made in a timely manner according to the situation.
