1. Application
The organization (i.e. the applicant) that intends to conduct management system certification audit shall submit a formal application for management system certification signed by its authorized representative to China Classification Society Quality Certification Company. The application or its attachments shall include:
a. The scope of application for certification;
B. the applicant agrees to comply with the requirements of management system certification and provide the information needed for the audit;
C. a brief introduction of the auditee, including the nature, name, address, legal status and relevant human and technical resources of the organization;
D. General information about the auditee's management system and its activities;
e. description of standards or other cited documents applicable to the management system to be certified.
when the applicant and the auditee are not in the same organization, a description of the relationship between the applicant and the auditee and the written commitment of the auditee to accept the audit shall be provided.
the applicant can obtain the application through the following channels:
a. CCSC company headquarters
b. CCSC offices
II. Application acceptance
CCSC Marketing Department will review the application for management system certification submitted by the applicant to decide whether to accept it or not, and inform the applicant of the review results. If necessary, CCSC will send auditors to visit the auditee.
1 if it is decided to accept the application, CCSC Marketing Department will send an acceptance notice to the applicant.
2 if it is decided not to accept the application, CCSC Marketing Department will send a notice of rejection to the applicant.
3. The applicant will receive a quotation for management system certification at the same time as receiving the acceptance notice from CCSC Marketing Department, and sign a management system certification contract after both parties reach an agreement. The quotation is valid within 6 days from the date of issuance. If the contract is not signed after the time limit, a new application is required.
iv. before the on-site audit, the applicant shall provide the CCSC with the management manual and the required relevant documents.
