According to the relevant laws and regulations, if a trademark is registered, the applicant shall submit the corresponding application materials, and shall conduct preliminary examination and approval within nine months from the date when the Trademark Office receives the application documents for trademark registration. If there is no objection within three months from the date of announcement, a trademark registration certificate shall be issued.

Article 22 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China

An applicant for trademark registration shall fill in the category and name of the goods using the trademark according to the prescribed commodity classification table and file a registration application.

If there is no objection at the expiration of the announcement period, the registration shall be approved, a trademark registration certificate shall be issued and an announcement shall be made.
