When an application has messages, the number of messages will be indicated on the icon of the application. If you don't want the icon corner to display messages, you can follow these steps.

1. When there is a message, the icon corner will display the number of messages, as shown below. You can cancel the display by setting.

2. Click Settings.

3. Click the notification and status bar.

4, click on the notification management.

5. Find WeChat in the page and click it.

6. Turn off the switch behind the corner of the desktop icon, and the number of messages will not be displayed after receiving messages.
