If you are in a hurry to use it, you can start using it after passing the acceptance and preliminary review stages

But there is one thing to remind you:

Trademarks that have not been officially registered , are not protected from a legal perspective. Others may not be able to register your category, but others can use your name to register other categories. Therefore, there is a risk in using it without registration
