2. Application: The applicant or his entrusted agent can go through the trademark registration formalities in Thailand by submitting the application documents to the Ministry of Commerce of the Intellectual Property Office of Thailand;

3. Examination: After receiving the application documents, the Ministry of Commerce of the Intellectual Property Office of Thailand will examine the trademark applied for registration, mainly to examine whether the trademark is registered with a prohibition mark, whether it is the same as or similar to a registered trademark or an unregistered well-known trademark, and also to examine whether the trademark has certain "identifiability".

Announcement: After examination and approval, the Ministry of Commerce of the Intellectual Property Office of Thailand considers the trademark registration acceptable and will make a two-month announcement on the official platform of Thailand. During the announcement period, anyone can object to the trademark;

5. Approval and certification: During the announcement period, if the objection is ruled invalid or no objection is raised, the trademark will be approved and registered by the Ministry of Commerce of the Intellectual Property Office of Thailand, and a trademark registration certificate will be issued to the applicant;
