JB-T 9008.2-1999 Technical conditions for wire rope electric hoists

1 Scope

This standard specifies the main technologies of wire rope electric hoists (hereinafter referred to as electric hoists) Requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging,

transportation and storage requirements.

This standard applies to general-purpose electric hoists, and their mechanism working level should comply with the provisions of GB/T 3811. Special-purpose electric hoists, as well as electric hoists whose voltage does not meet the requirements of 3.1.1 and has a rated frequency of 60Hz, may also refer to this standard.

3 Technology Requirements

3. 1 Basic requirements

3. 1. 1 The rated voltage of the main circuit of the electric hoist is three-phase AC 380V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, and the working environment temperature is (–25 ~+40)℃.

3. 1. 2 The protection level of the electric hoist’s motor (except fan cover), electrical devices and push button switches should comply with GB/T 4942.1

and GB/T 4942.2 Meets IP54 regulations.

3. 1. 3 For electric hoists used to lift molten metal, fragile, dangerous and valuable items, the working level of the lifting mechanism should be appropriately increased, and

necessary additional equipment should be added. safety protection measures.

3. 1. 4 Electric hoists using single-layer wound wire ropes must be equipped with a rope guide, and its performance requirements should be: when the hook is lowered, there are no

3. 2. 1 The type and basic parameters of the electric hoist should comply with the provisions of JB/T 9008.1.

3. 2. 8 When the lifting mechanism is subjected to a dynamic load test, it should be able to withstand a test load of 1.25 times the rated load; it should work normally and brake reliably

during the test. Visual inspection shall be carried out after the test, and its requirements are the same as those specified in 3.2.7.

3.2.9 When the running trolley is doing a static load test, it should be able to withstand a test load of 1.5 times the rated load. The inspection requirements after the test are the same as 3.2.7; in

the rated load When doing a 1/200 climbing test under load, it is required that there are no abnormal phenomena during operation.

3. 2. 10 Under rated load, the braking sliding amount S≤V/100 (V is the stable lifting distance under load within 1 minute).

During the test, maintenance can be carried out according to the requirements of the product manual, but no parts or components must be replaced. The wear amount of the brake pad of the running motor after 200,000 tests

should not be greater than 1.5mm.

3. 4. 2 The temperature rise of the motor stator winding should comply with the regulations in JB/T 9008.3.

3. 5 Other (parts) requirements

3. 5. 1 The lifting hook should comply with the provisions of GB/T 10051.2.

3.5.2 Priority should be given to line contact wire ropes, and their structural types should comply with the rope 18×7 and rope 6×37 in GB/T 8918; its steel wire

3.5.3 The weight Q (mg) of debris in the reducer of the hoisting mechanism (except the reducer of the slow drive device) shall be checked after the test.

3. 6. 3 The performance of the reducer box, box cover and pulley materials should not be lower than HT200 in GB/T 9439.

3. 6. 4 The performance of guide rope nuts and cast wheel materials should not be lower than QT500–7 in GB/T 1438.

3. 6. 5 The performance of forged wheel materials should be no less than 45 steel in GB/T 699.

3. 6. 6 The gear accuracy of the hoisting mechanism reducer should not be lower than level 8–8–7 in GB/T 10095; the open gear should not be lower than level 9.

3. 6. 7 The compression spring of the brake should comply with the requirements of GB/T 1239.2, and its accuracy level is level 2.

3. 7 Painting and Appearance

The electric hoist must be coated with primer first and then topcoat (at least 2 times) before leaving the factory. After drying, the thickness of each paint film shall not be less than 25 μm, and the total thickness of the paint film shall not be less than 75 μm. The paint should be even, bright, consistent in color, and there should be no paint leakage. Anti-rust measures should be taken for exposed processing surfaces that are not painted (or plated). The paint film adhesion of the coating is checked using the crosshatch method (the distance between the knife edges is 2mm). The coating is allowed to peel off at the intersection of the cuts, and the peeling area should not exceed 5%.

4 Inspection Rules

The inspection of electric hoists is divided into factory inspection, type inspection and life inspection. The test method should comply with the provisions of JB/T 9008.4, and the organizational working level is M4 as the standard test condition. Each inspection item is specified as follows:

4. 1 Factory inspection

Each electric hoist must pass all inspections and tests before it can leave the factory, and the factory products must be accompanied by a product certificate. .

4. 1. 1 General inspection

Before testing, each electric hoist should check the following contents according to the requirements of the order contract or production plan:

a ) Structural form;

b) Specifications and models;

c) Power supply;

d) Temperature monitoring (only check continuity);

e) Insulation;

f) Grounding;

g) Correct fixation and winding of wire rope ends;

h) Reducer oil level, And whether there is oil leakage;

i) Whether the hook can rotate flexibly;

j) The quality of the coating and various signs on the appearance, etc.

4. 1. 2 No-load test:

a) Record the voltage and current of each phase;

b) The function of the limiter and phase misalignment protection function;

c) Assembly quality of the rope guide;

d) Visual inspection of the axial movement of the motor shaft;

e) Empty space of the electric running trolley carrying noise.

4. 1. 3 Rated load test:

a) Voltage reduction test (residual magnetic pulling force is measured in type test);

c) Determine the lifting speed;

d) Determine the noise of the lifting mechanism;

e) Record the current, voltage and power (done during type inspection ).

4. 1. 4 Dynamic load test

Conduct the test according to the requirements of 3.2.8.

4. 1. 5 When an overload limiter is provided, its function should be checked according to the requirements of 3.3.5.

4. 2 Type inspection

Anyone who falls under one of the following conditions shall undergo type inspection:

a) New products or old products are transferred to another factory for production Trial prototype identification;

b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance;

c) During normal production, every year At least one electric hoist of each basic type and two motors used for this basic type must be type-inspected

Note: Type inspection conducted by the national quality supervision agency If the inspection is proved by conclusion, the inspection can be exempted within one year.

d) When the product resumes production after a long-term suspension (referring to more than one year);

e) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection;

f) When the national quality supervision agency and the user put forward requirements for type inspection.

In addition to all factory inspection items (dynamic load test has other requirements), type inspection should also include the following inspections (items can be added if necessary

according to user requirements) .

Note: For electric hoists with electric trolleys, when performing dynamic load tests under the conditions a) and b) above, the trolley should also be transported back and forth for no less than 10 minutes

4. 2. 1 General inspection:

a) Measure the overall dimensions;

4. 2. 11 Check the debris inside the lifting reducer.

4. 2. 12 The static load test shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of 3.2.7.

4. 2. 13 The dynamic load test shall be carried out according to the test load specified in 3.2.8 and the working cycle mode of M4 level. The test shall be conducted for at least 1 hour.

4. 3 Life test

Everything that falls under one of items a), b), or d) in the type inspection must undergo a life test. During normal mass production, each basic type is required to take out an electric hoist for life test at least every three years; then take out a combination of lifting motor and reducer, and a running motor for testing respectively.

Click test. The function and quality of the overload limiter should be checked during the life test.

5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

5. 1 Each electric hoist should be equipped with a sign in an obvious position, and its requirements should comply with the provisions of GB/T 13306. The following content should generally be marked on the sign:

a) Manufacturer's name;

b) Product name;

c ) Trademark;

d) Product model;

e) Date of manufacture;

f) Factory number;

g) Lifting weight ;

h) Lifting height;

i) Lifting speed;

j) Institutional working level;

k) Operation Speed;

l) Others.

5. 2 The following signs should be marked on the hook device:

a) Lifting capacity;

b) Organization work level;

5. 3 Each electric hoist packaged and shipped should have the following documents:

a) Product instruction manual;

5.5 Packaging, storage and transportation pictorial signs should comply with the provisions of GB 191.

6 Warranty period

The manufacturer shall ensure that the electric hoist supplied by the user is properly kept, reasonably installed and used correctly for 12 days from the date of use
