The "Application for Trademark Registration" is a legal document, and every item or even every word will be related to the applicant's trademark rights and interests. Therefore, you must treat it carefully and fill in each item accurately and clearly. The specific requirements are as follows:

A. One application for one trademark. Two or more trademark names cannot be filled in on one application. The trademark filled in must be consistent with the trademark pattern affixed on the back of the application form.

B. Except for international registration, only goods or services of the same category can be filled in an application form. For goods or services whose category is difficult to determine, additional explanations should be added.

C. The product name filled in must be the common name of the product. Products with multiple names should be named according to the "Goods and Services Classification Table". New items should be accompanied by descriptions.

D. The name of the applicant must be consistent with the name on the business license and seal.

E. The address filled in must be the applicant’s actual detailed address. Indicate the province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government), city (county, district), township (town), village name or street house number.
