Kobbo trademark has not been registered successfully.

The reporter learned from Unitalen Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. Hunan Branch that the trademark Kobbo was registered by Fujian shishi city Chuangxing Clothing Development Co., Ltd. on February 3, 2007. Because it is similar to Kappa trademark, it has been objected to and has not been registered successfully so far.

The reporter was informed that Kobbo's general agent in Hunan has opened specialty stores in Zhuzhou, Changsha and Xiangtan. He Ruyi, the former general agent of Kebo Hunan, told reporters that the factory is in shishi city, Fujian. The reporter typed in "France (back-to-back) Forest Clothing Co., Ltd." on the Internet, and the searched webpage was either about Fujian Chuangxing Group or Kobbo Sports Brand, but there was no special introduction about France (back-to-back) Forest Clothing Co., Ltd.
