On July 25, Zhang Weishi applied to the Trademark Office of the Ministry of Industry to register the exclusive trademark rights of the "Aircraft" brand and the "Tripod" brand. 1935
On March 15, the leased factory building at No. 116 Xiexu Road, Shanghai was completed and put into operation.

1936
On February 16, the second founders' meeting was held at the company. Preparatory work for the report has ended. In January 1937, the Hankou office was established on the boundary road of Hankou Special Third District.
On April 24, the first regular shareholder meeting was held at the China Learning and Art Society, No. 45, Aimai Yuqian Road, Shanghai. In July 1938, the Chongqing Publishing House was established at No. 31 Mihua Street, Chongqing.

1940
On June 29, 1940, Japanese planes bombed Chongqing. The two core-making and rod-making workshops, wooden board warehouse, kitchen and other places of the Chongqing Factory were shot and burned. The direct losses were estimated Approximately 100,000 yuan in French currency.
In November, Zhang Weishi resigned as general manager and was appointed as managing director, and Wu Genmei was appointed as managing director and general manager.
1941
On June 1, the third general meeting of shareholders was held on Linsen Road, Chongqing, and passed proposals such as increasing capital to 450,000 yuan.
On July 20, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders was held at the company. The capital amount was increased to 450,000 legal currency, and the number of shareholders increased from 98 to 135. On November 26, the first promoter meeting of the reorganized company was held, and all the promoters (66) subscribed for the legal currency of 8 million yuan in equity.
1942
On April 19, the fourth shareholders' meeting was held in the company, and the capital increase was approved to be 1 million yuan.
In September, Zhonghe Chemical Company was founded with an investment of 1 million yuan to produce pencil paint and supply it to the company. Chairman Li Zhuchen, manager Wu Genmei, and factory director Tu Zhongfang.

In November, Wu Genmei flew back to Shanghai to start the reconstruction of the Shanghai factory.
1946
On April 28, the fourth general meeting of shareholders was held on the ninth floor of the Shanghai Baxianqiao Youth Association. It has 270 shareholders and 8,000 shares. It was announced that the asset valuation has increased in legal currency by 250 million yuan, with a total value exceeding 310 million yuan. 26 directors and 7 supervisors were elected for the third term. Pan Anlu was elected as chairman and 9 others, including Wu Genmei, were elected as managing directors.
On September 16, the Ministry of Economic Affairs approved the acquisition of the enemy-produced Shanghai Carton Factory at No. 296 Donghanyang Road, which was allocated to the China Standard Pencil Factory as compensation for the relocation of factories during the Anti-Japanese War. At this point, the reconstruction work of the Shanghai factory has come to an end.
In August 1947,

On August 23, the fifth general meeting of shareholders was held in the restaurant on the fourth floor of Bank of China on the Bund in Shanghai. The reported capital was increased to 200 million yuan in legal currency and new shares were issued. Notified that the reconstruction work of the Shanghai factory has been completed, and the reconstruction cost is 500 million legal currency. In January 1948, the South China office was established in the west building of Jianan Hall, Taiping South Road, Guangzhou.
1949
On May 27, the Chinese People's Liberation Army liberated Shanghai, and the China Standard Pencil (Shanghai) Factory resumed work on May 30.
On August 18, equipment with a daily output of 20,000 Luo pencils was shipped from Shanghai to Harbin to jointly establish the Harbin China Standard Pencil Company. Liang Shuxi went to Kazakhstan to prepare and later served as factory director.
In October, Vice Premier Chen Yun of the Government Affairs Council listened to Wu Genmei’s statement and agreed to provide government loans to relieve the economic difficulties of China Standard Pencil Factory.
1950
On July 1, 1950, China Standard Pencil Factory Co., Ltd., a public-private partnership, was established. The total capital is RMB 6.6 billion (old currency), with half investment from both sides of the company. The head office is located at No. 42, Chongwenmennei Street, District 1, Beijing. There are separate manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Chongqing. The products are underwritten by Chinese department stores.
On September 11, the first trade union of the Shanghai Manufacturing Plant of the public-private joint venture China Standard Pencil Factory Co., Ltd. elected 13 trade union members and chairman Chen Yangwu after universal suffrage.
On October 20, the first shareholders’ meeting of the public-private partnership China Standard Pencil Factory Co., Ltd. was held at the Youth Club at No. 280 Chongnei Street, Beijing. Adopt the Articles of Association. There are 8 public directors and 2 supervisors. There are 7 private equity directors and 3 supervisors. Wang Xinyuan, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Light Industry, is the chairman, Wu Genmei is the general manager, and Wu Yongming and Liang Shuxi are the second and third deputy general managers. Zhang Shulin is the acting director of the Shanghai manufacturing plant.
1951
On January 30, the Ministry of Light Industry appointed Zhang Shulin, director of the Shanghai Factory, to concurrently serve as the company's first deputy general manager.
On November 26, the second meeting of the sixth Board of Directors and Supervisors was held at the Beijing Cultural Club. It is recommended that the shareholders' meeting move the company back to Shanghai in January next year.
Wu Genmei joined the government and was allowed to resign, and Wu Yongming succeeded him as general manager. Zhang Shulin was transferred and resigned, and Wang Xue became the first deputy general manager and director of the Shanghai factory. Liang Shuxi was appointed chief engineer.
On December 10, the Central Bureau of Private Enterprise issued the No. 1 joint stock limited license to China Standard Pencil Factory Co., Ltd. 1952

On October 15, the "Interim Regulations (Draft) on the Organization of the Public-Private Partnership China Standard Pencil Factory Shanghai Manufacturing Plant" was proposed to the Industrial Bureau. On November 12, the Reform Office of the Industrial Bureau approved the approval. This is the first and most complete regulation on organizational configuration and department responsibilities. The regulation stipulates that there are 6 administrative departments (planning, production technology, finance, personnel, supply and marketing, general affairs) and 1 group (inspection). 1953
In November 1953, a summary of the "Technical Situation of Quality Improvement in the Public-Private Partnership China Standard Pencil Factory" was published, which focused on the success of trial production of high-end drawing pencils using domestic raw materials. Published as a special issue by the Industrial Bureau of Shanghai Municipal People's Government.
On December 7, we applied for the "Zhonghua" brand special trademark to the Central Administration for Industry and Commerce. On June 1, 1954, we obtained the trademark registration certificate No. 19710 issued by the Central Administration for Industry and Commerce.
1954
On March 21, the fourth joint meeting of directors and supervisors of the public-private partnership China Standard Pencil Factory Co., Ltd. was held at Kangle Restaurant, No. 456, Nanjing West Road, Shanghai. It was decided to cancel the Beijing head office, and the three factories in Shanghai, Chongqing and Harbin to operate independently. The two factories in Shanghai and other places were changed to investment relationships, and directors and supervisors of the two factories were appointed to exercise investment rights.
On April 18, at the new board meeting held at the International Hotel, Wang Lin, deputy director of the Shanghai Local Industrial Bureau Office, was elected as chairman and Wu Genmei as vice chairman.
On July 9, the Industrial Production Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China approved and forwarded document No. 0212 of Shanghai Weigong (54) to the Party Committee of the Shanghai Light Industry Bureau of the Communist Party of China, agreeing to the establishment of the China Standard Pencil Factory. Co., Ltd. merged into a joint venture with Shanghai Pencil Factory and Great Wall Pencil Factory. The chairman of the Joint Venture Merger Committee is Ji Yufu.
On October 1, a joint venture merger meeting of three pencil factories including China Standard, Shanghai and Great Wall was held at the Xinhua Cinema on Nanjing West Road, Shanghai. A public-private partnership pencil company was established with Wu Genmei as manager. The management office was located on the 2nd floor of No. 44 Fuzhou Road. China Standard, Shanghai and Great Wall were renamed China Pencil Company No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 respectively.
In March 1955,
in accordance with the spirit of the National Gold Pen, Fountain Pen and Pencil Conference, the Shanghai Local Industrial Bureau Pen Manufacturing Company was established. In June, China Pencil Company No. 1 Factory was renamed China Pencil Company No. 1 and was affiliated with the Pencil Manufacturing Company.
1958
In this year, the Stationery Wholesale Department of the Shanghai Branch of China Light Industrial Products Import and Export Corporation began to export pencils in large quantities. The number of Great Wall brand 3544 leather-tipped pencils exported that year accounted for 38.8% of the total pencil sales for the year. Since then, it has maintained an export level of about 40% of total sales.
In September 1960, China Pencil No. 1 Industrial Middle School was founded.
This year, the "Zhonghua" brand 6051HB high-end leather pencil was exported for the first time.
1970
In this year, the production of "Zhonghua" brand 6151 high-end leather pencils began.

1976
On December 24, Shanghai Light Industry Bureau, Light Industrial Products Import and Export Company, Shanghai Department Store and other relevant units jointly identified "Zhonghua" brand 101 drawing pencils 2H, HB The quality of the two models of pencils was later confirmed: the various indicators of the pencil lead have caught up with the American "Venus" drawing pencil and can be included in the world's advanced level.
1977
In this year, the factory's product quality standards were revised in accordance with the GB149~75 national pencil standards and quality management was strengthened. In July, at the National Pencil Quality Appraisal Meeting, the "Zhonghua" brand 101 drawing pencil was proposed to be listed as a national high-quality product because of its stable quality and consistent ranking first in the national quality inspection appraisal since its inception.
1979
In September, "Zhonghua" brand 101 drawing pencil won the National Quality Silver Award.
In this year, Zhonghua brand 6181 dipped pencils for office use were produced.
In the same year, the first employee sports meeting of China Pencil Factory was held at the Hongkou Workers Stadium on Feihong Road.

1984

In the same year, a standardization work network from the factory to the workshop was established, and all products in the factory were included in the scope of national standards-enterprise standards-enterprise internal control standards.
In June, the joint development and trial production of Meijiajing brand eyebrow pencil with Shanghai Household Chemicals Factory was successful, and it was put into mass production the following year.
1985
On July 26, the Shanghai Light Industry Bureau appointed Hu Shugang as the director of China Pencil Factory No. 1. The factory director responsibility system will be implemented from August.
On October 5, a reception to celebrate the 50th anniversary of China Pencil Factory No. 1 was held. Wu Genmei sent a letter of congratulations, and there were more than 400 guests.
1986
In January, the "Zhonghua" brand 770 complete set of 2mm advanced drawing mechanical pencils was launched on the market.
In June, the "Alice" brand cosmetic pen product series was formed, and China Pencil Factory No. 1 became the first domestic enterprise to produce a series of cosmetic pens.

1987
On February 20, the China Pencil Factory No. 1 Malu Joint Factory signed a contract.
1988
On November 5, 1988, an exhibition and sales inspection team was formed to hold an exhibition and sales of the four major series of products of China Pencil Factory No. 1 at Wenhui Company in Hong Kong. On June 15, China Pencil Factory Youth Science and Technology Association was established.

1992
On April 28, 1992, Shanghai Municipal Economic Commission Hu Economic Enterprise (92) No. 277 approved the Light Industry Bureau, agreeing to China Pencil Factory No. 1 to conduct a joint-stock pilot project and transform it into China's No. 1 Pencil Factory. ONE PENCIL LIMITED.
On May 16, the prospectus for the (A) shares of China First Pencil Co., Ltd. was approved by the Financial Management Office of the Shanghai Branch of the People's Bank of China and published in Shanghai Wenwei Po. Release date is June 13~30. It was listed for trading on August 14.
